About Me
I’ve been in TK-12 education for 10 years. In that time, I've worked in operational roles, spanning the breadth of HR roles, including credentialing in California and Washington State, HR Management, DEI, and compliance. I believe schools and districts deserve to know their credential and HR risks and how to manage them, as well as the benefits of high quality DEI and hiring practices. This is key to best serving students and families by reducing risk and freeing school staff and faculty to concentrate on serving kids.
